feat: add J&O to 'kennismaken met outsite' #544

Partially addressing #397 I think perhaps we can also add all links (also kmg, barbuddy, dwh) to the footer?

Hm, I would add this information in a different place. Now it's basically "Interested in Outsite?" "Don't come to Outsite, go to J&O".

Maybe add a separate small "younger than 18?" section at the bottom of the site. (i.e. separate from the "Kennismaken" section)

Or maybe generalize that section to a "Other activities of DWH" section. There you can explain how Outsite relates to DWH in one sentence, and show a cool J&O thingy there (and maybe also a few small other highlights such as MIXUP or education)
