Fix bit-rot in Json Implicits #2

Delete and update the implicits to bring them in line with Datomisca 0.3-SNAPSHOT

bump version numbers for Scala, Play, SBT, Datomic

@mandubian this was a mostly a näive fix-up to get it to compile again. Do you think there are any implicits missing here? Do we still need all of these?
