Regenerate webhook for read the docs #132

@dwhswenson I assume you got the same emails as me, but I don't have the permissions to fix it. (don't have admin rights on this repo or on RtD)

Our current RtD hook does not seems to use a secret, which will be required from January 31! You should click on the 3 links, and "resync webhooks" which should update the secret. (couldn't test it though, if I try it I get the error: Webhook activation failed. Make sure you have the necessary permissions.)

Hmmm... I haven't received any such emails. Could you forward, if you still have them available? TBH, this isn't super urgent (docs here aren't changing rapidly) but definitely better to fix this while we have the instructions.

Also, I'm not sure why you wouldn't have permissions. I see you as a Maintainer on RTD, and I don't see any distinction of types of roles... I looks to me like "Maintainer" should have full admin rights!

regenerating the hooks should be done on github IIRC, and I don't have admin rights on this repository to do that ;)
