mute.py breaks "select to beginning of line" #176

ctrl-shift-a is the macos key command for selecting to the beginning of the line. the trigger_key specified in mute.py should be changed to something else. should make it user-configurable in config.py or something

ctrl-shift-a to select text to beginning of line is required for 'kerleck', 'find on line' in commit 531b2831a9d90823c3d8c24cffe0b69e6db5664a
