Try out the smooth scroll function, I've been using this for about a month and a half and have found it extremely useful for providing context to where I am on the page when scrolling(especially helpful when scrolling large amounts using repeaters).

Maybe move total_time up to top level, rename to SCROLL_TOTAL_TIME or similar and allow a default of 0 to disable smooth scrolling.

I'll definitely benefit from this change, thanks!
