Hi there, first of all awesome plugin,
I use the Premailer for the Newsletter in German language with the UTF-8 encoding and it seems like grunt plugin ignores it and saves it with some weird chars (speaking about txt mode). I uploaded the same file on the server and tested it through the http://premailer.dialect.ca/ and it turns to be just fine.

Seems to be solved with the following: I convert german signs to HTML names (ex. ü => ü ) and then convert to txt. Seems to work just fine. Thanks for the nice plugin :+1:
