Dont set command inside the files loop #20

I just noticed a bug in my last pull request, I was setting the cmd variable inside the files loop, so if you had defined more than one file to run through premailer it would add the exec ruby to the args array twice. I have moved it outside of it now.

Only users affected would be those using bundleExec which would only be myself at the present time.
