PreserveStyles: False Removes Responsive Media Queries #23

Setting the preserveStyles to false allows for linear-gradients to be used; however, doing so does not add the responsive media queries to the top of the email.

Wow! Extensive fix but looks like some people got it working with data-premailer="ignore"
