Select Countries to scan in website #7

Provide an admin page where admins can select countries to scan from Shodan rather than hardcoded in the code.

Honestly, I don't really understand why you absolutely want to filter out by country in Shodan.

Calishot is able to use the language of the book during indexation and guess it from the metadata when it's not filled. And you can find a mix of different languages on the same server, especially with english books. The country is an indicator but is generally not enough. For instance you often find server with most content in spanish on US servers.

This was more about getting rid of countries that have servers that I found to be honeypots (China for example) in certain countries. Also, if you want to do certain countries multiple times a month it's easier to do than having to run the whole search. We can discuss further.
