D_Jost(x, hsht_mean = "arithmetic") gives the wrong arithmetic mean. #13

D_Jost(x, hsht_mean = "arithmetic") gives a wrong D value. It is same as the harmonic mean produced by D_Jost(x, hsht_mean = "harmonic").
