Allow shading of coverage plot to reflect mtaching query/target sequence (or other attribute) #15

As per title, would be very ueful to allow hte regoins of alignment displayed by plot_coverage to take on shading based on some attribute. (Notably the matching sequence as a catergorical variable, but perhaps also mapq or a tag like dv
