Alternative ordering for dotplot

At present, dotplot organises chromosomes/sequence by size for both query and target. Shold provide alternative inclduing:

• Sort query contigs by coverage of Target chroms (i.e. first Q seq is the one with highest proportion of coverage in the largest target chrom).
• Arbitrary order (let user set the order via lists of sequences)
