[IMPROVEMENT] append `&filter=0` for all google dork queries #3

Results are being omitted since the google base entry filter is enabled by default. Adding this fixes that issue.

Filter is for near-duplicate content filter. Will not make sense to turn off that filter settings, that actually can caused omitted.
