For Shadowlands, Option for Limit the number of characters used for shadowlands Limit 1 - limits character selection to 1 character Limit 2 - limits character selection to 2 characters Limit 3 - fills 3 character battles, for levels 15,20,25, only uses 3 characters All - current behavior Minimum Level to Apply Limit: 1-35

Also - Adding options for changing the way characters are selected based on Roster Size.

0.17.0 Fixed bug in beginner roster - still no difference between strong / strong-max.
