Feature: For Missions: Allow Use of Clear Tickets #5

For any mission that allows clear tickets to be used, allow option for clear tickets to be used globally or by mission.

This will be useful for things like Dimension Mission or other Quests that take a long time.

Clear Tickets can now be used mainly for Epic Quests - but it's actually a bit slower than playing through them. Will continue working on this - but will push up the latest change here. Check the box on the main page to use clear tickets.
