Tidy up build pipeline and deployments #4

  1. Sort out a domain. Given that geoplanets.io seems to be working again, maybe 'new.geoplanets.io'?

  2. Also, sort out a production vs staging domain.

  3. For now, allow deployment with lint warnings.

  4. Then remove the lint warnings when I can be bothered.

  5. Configure github to required PRs to master, even for me. However no approvals for me.

  6. Configure PRs to squash commits
