Adding wake/sleep word #15

I think the sleep word can simply be "sleep". Maybe the wake word can be "Hey wiretap"

Implemented in 0ecd81f. "go to sleep" then "start listening". I didn't use "wake up" so I don't confuse it with my Dragon system :) but of course you can change the phrase to whatever.
