update dist #45

A PR that just gets the dist/ folder up to date, hopefully uncontroversial. I'd like to merge this before #44.

In a follow-up, if there are no objections, I can add husky which can ensure that anyone who has run npm install will have a precommit hook added which runs this automatically.
