Polish translation 🇵🇱 #354

Hello @dwmkerr. I would like to start translating hacker-laws to Polish language.

I have updated the Contributor Guide with more detailed instructions for this, if you follow the steps here I can make you the moderator for Polish, just let me know when your GitLocalise account is ready:

Strange I was unable to find it on: https://gitlocalize.com/repo/2513/ Anyways initial Polish translation is ready from my repo at #370 BTW: The links are not suitable for translation files residing in /translations directory - this should be addressed
