Characters not using beards #150

Looks like everyone from Skellige is beardless

Also, I've done some testing. We can change them to have beards in-game (character editor) but it appears they don't get beards naturally..

It appears to apply to all that use the Nordic gfx, Dragon Coast nations and Brugge all have this same issue.

Now that I did some more looking into it, appears almost all characters are lacking beards besides dwarves of course.

Fixed the issue, had to do with the vanilla Frankish not using beards pre 1200's, this seemed to apply to all on humans on The Continent so I made it so skelligers bruggians verdenian and cidarian nobles all use beards more than average, a fair amount but not overwelming, and southerners less than nordlings by a long shot due to the style being view unattractive by Nilfgaardian standards of beauty.
