I have read the documentation and done a lot of trial and error, but I cannot get any functionality out of the plugin. The current documentation is a collection of explained code snippets, but when I use them on my wiki nothing happens. see forum for details. I understand the syntax for bibtex entries and data entries, but I cannot see how you would cite them. So I see what I am supposed to type, but I've never seen it working in a project and or even what citations are supposed to look like in the output.
Perhaps there is a problem with my installation. Would you be so kind as to provide a worked example with the code and the expected output:
Just make a sample document with data entry or bibtext. Then create another document with example footnotes and bibliography.
That would make it much easier to understand if the problem is with the installation or the syntax. Really desperate to get this working to separate references from content: it's simply impossible to write a paper with more than a few citations if you use the default inline references.
