Added support to use the struct plugin as source for reference database #58

Just following up on the issue I created. This is an initial implementation. Please let me know if it makes sense to me. My usecase is where I can use this on other pages (as a reading list for instance)

The comments should all be resolved now. I have changed the implementation slightly. The schema name is not constrained to be the same as the configuration variable reference-db-namespace and can be configured by the users at the content level. I haven't had the chance to provide proper documentation, but will do so as soon as I have a chance.

I tried your patch on my setup (Hogfather + struct 2021-03-17) but unfortunately I couldn't get that to work. In your code you look for struct_table but in instructions for the database page I see struct_output and schemas doesn't seem to be there. I guess, they reworked how struct plugin renders the data.

Without clear instructions I'm not sure if whatever I tried was supposed to work. IMO, an average DW user will have a hard time figuring out how to use this thing.

Are you still willing to pursue this?

It may be an undocumented feature. I am afraid my usage of dokuwiki has reduced considerably, so I won't have the time to follow this up. Please feel free to ignore the pull request and close the comment.
