Install problem #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open Plugin Manager
2. insert URL: http://dwp-forge.googlecode.com/files/refnotes-2009-10-11.zip
3. try to download

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see message about succsessful installation, but instead the
following is shown^

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or
T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in
/home/zorin/zorin.ru/docs/lib/plugins/refnotes/action.php on line 22

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

version Release 2009-02-14b
popversion  2008-02-20
conf_template   dokucms
webserver   Apache/1.3.37 (Unix) rus/PL30.22 PHP/4.4.9
php_version 4.4.9

Sorry, but PHP 4 is not supported.

BTW, DokuWiki itself will abandon PHP 4 support starting from the next release. Maybe
it's time to switch to PHP 5?
