What

Improve the postcode look up as shown in GDS design system ( https://design-system.service.gov.uk/patterns/addresses/)

Why

Avoid giving the user a long list of addresses.

My service doesn't currently have this, but we will be working through this once we get the API.

I've got https://address-lookup-demo.herokuapp.com/address/cmg/details (may not work) which roughly plays out https://github.com/dwp/design-examples/issues/41

I'm not sure if @steven-borthwick or someone for Budging loans has a more informed version.

Be great to get a base line to take forward.
