Search box to so users can search service/list etc

We have find a claim, using NI only. Agent tasks, small user group.

We search within claims that have been downloaded. Some agents are losing them before they upload to CAM. (Yes, its a crap process.)

Citizens might have submitted more than one claim, so this would show as a list
