What

Sub task for Find my address by postcode/house number #237. Designing the journey and screens where typeahead/autocomplete is not used i.e. a non JavaScript journey.

Why

After discussion with Sarat from common capabilities team working on the the SRA formerly (ARA) lookup, there appears to be deprioritised looking into research for the component. The address lookup requires further development. In the mean time there are examples of address lookup being used which could be published and and in the future be enhanced by any typeahead functionality.

Caught up with Ben Raine on Child Maintenance looking at Google analytics findings. The findings raise some areas for improvement mostly around entering business addresses and manual entry but they require further investigation.

There is a positive feedback on the lookup for residential addresses which the pattern will focus on and the accompanying content will need to highlight the issues discovered for entering business addresses and manual entry for transparency.

Put together initial designs based on what we know so far, ready to review within the team. I still want to compare what we have with the screens used by MCMC but waiting to receive those before I can review them.

Reviewed designs with the team. Added additional page for no results and updated search page. Designs are ready for content design.
