Spike: Patterns into prototype

What

We should understand how we make a pattern accessible in a prototype.

Why

It can take a lot of time to implement a pattern in a prototype, this should help us understand how we can wrap that experience.

This seems like an easy first step for other ones like file upload.

Done when

• [x] Build out Alternative formats as a git repo
• [x] Example of the pattern being installed in a prototype kit
• [x] barebones guidance to doing this

Outcomes

We should be able to provide a repo that can be installed similar to the service header, and better understand what this looks like.

Once we have a better idea of what this looks like, we can have a conversation about how we represent it to people.
