What

First pass of designs for a filter component, based on the initial prototype created. This is the first iteration of this component in the design system

Why

Services are implementing filters with mixed consistency some adapting the MoJ version and others creating their own. Providing a consistent set of principles of use with a baseline component will help to designers to implement a filter and then tailor it to the needs of their users more efficiently and consistently
