What

Do an updated release of dwp frontend with some additional data.

Why

This should help people using DWP frontend with the govuk prototype toolkit

To Agree

Before picking up we should decide if we want to also pick up (or move to its own ticket)

Outcomes

A new release of dwp frontend

Got first pass of this as an internal release of 2.9.0-rc.1410285248 - will fine some people to test with before we decide what to do with it.
