Display message properties #99

Given one or more failed messages exist When I double click on a row Then a modal dialog box should appear containing the message properties and status history

Given the message properties modal dialog box is displayed When I click outside the dialog box Then the dialog box should close

As a future enhancement it would be good if we we were able to add, edit and possibly delete message properties
