Missing templates #1

Hi,

thanks for contributing a cookbook for Solr! I did not try it yet - but it looks like the recipe is referencing template files that are not in the repository. Am I missing something?

You're right, sorry about that! Fixed in 225e1f2e27e315e7a7d92adabbf0f6c8e537a0f3. Let me know if you see anything else.
