Incorrect extension labelling for Use Cases #11

Extension listed as 2a should be listed as 1b, since duplicates would be detected when the user keys in info, not after the patient is already added.

A similar error occurs here (NRIC not in records should be listed as 1b).

Similarly here (duplicate detection would be done before backup file is created).

Yes we agree, but it is just a cosmetic change / typo, so it should be very low severity.

Reason for disagreement: The wrong labels of the extensions affects usage as readers will be confused about the steps at which these extensions apply. As such, the issue is not purely cosmetic.
