Delete appointment does not work if given the appointment end time

Steps to reproduce Attempt to delete any appointment by providing the end time of the appointment

Expected result Appointment deleted successfully

Actual result Informed that user does not have this appointment

This can cause confusion as from the perspective of the user, the patient does indeed appear to have an appointment at that time.
