We'd like consideration of ‘visual rumble strips’ (white stripes across the road, with decreasing spacing, to induce drivers to slow down). These are in use in Inverness, and likely to be the most effective calming solution. They may need studies and permits, or what the next steps would be?:

approaching the MP junction after rounding the last bend, southbound
approaching the Marshall Store/Post Office area, northbound
