KSG TE calculator should work as MI for history k = 0 #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set k_HISTORY property to 0.
2. Compute

This should function but instead crashes.

Can be fixed by implementing an underlying MI calculation if k = 0 is to be 
used. Could change this in the underlying conditional MI calculator in fact.
