Added a section regarding #8 issues with RHEL-hosted containers.
Added a table for the variables.
Documented some previously undocumented variables within the new variable table.
A few grammatical fixes here and there.

Thanks for your work on the Docker image! I'll see if I can attack the some of the items on your todo list tomorrow.
