signup and login endpoint #38

Create a signup and login endpoint where

signup will create a new user, at the moment we can just save the user in a json file, we will replace this with the pg functions later on
login will just check if the user exists in the database, execute a basic validation of the password and create a cookie.

The goal of this issue is to create a minimal tested version of the plugin. The research work as been done on #37
