Can/should we use JSON Schema instead of Joi ? #72

Hi Y'all, our initial assumption that Joi was the "right" Validator to use for this project could be re-visited in favour of JSON Schema.

This JSON editor: http://jeremydorn.com/json-editor/ creates an HTML Form based on JSON Schema which is kinda one of the core features we need.

Thoughts?
