At the moment https://ampl-demo.herokuapp.com/ is Error: ampl-demo-heroku-app-error

@nelsonic yeah its work in progress atm. Should be working now http://ampl-demo.herokuapp.com/ is it worth having a separate repo for the example. I am having some problems with dependencies. To get the example to work on heroku I have to add dependencies to the package which are not dependencies of the npm module ...

@des-des actually I think it would be worth creating an ampl-demo repo in /dwyl and using that to push to heroku instead of adding the dependencies to this package.json ...
