Remove Hapi & Inert from devDependencies? #36

while updating the dependencies for #35 I noticed that both hapi and inert are included in the devDependencies: https://github.com/dwyl/ampl/blob/50719a3290a68daf11e25101260b38c0b7917d11/package.json#L36-L37

However when I search for hapi in the GitHub repo: https://github.com/dwyl/ampl/search?q=hapi&unscoped_q=hapi image hapi only appears once in the project; in the package.json ... i.e. it's not being used in our tests or examples ...

Any objections to me removing hapi from the package.json to reduce clutter?

Anyone opposed to me removing both the unused devDependencies ...?
