Yes, I just had to go to HMRC or Companies House and grab either one (they're not 'in emails').

@iteles thank you for getting that info from Companies House. None of the data matches the current info for the company. specifically the address and email are not correct so this will not help us with our application.

Both the certificate of incorporation and the VAT regsitration certificate are snapshots of a moment in time - they are created once (on incorporation and on registering for VAT) and never altered again. They're more of an ID than a proof of address and these (address and email).

All this to say that it actually shouldn't make a difference as these are expected to change over time.

I totally get that these are a "snapshot" of the data at-the-time. 👍 Just that it's not going to help us with our verification because we no longer have access to that email address if they ask us to verify it ... 🙃
