Do we have an Apprentice Training Contract/Agreement Template on GitHub?

At present, it appears that we do not have an Apprentice Training Contract/Agreement Template on GitHub. This is understandable given that most of the "Legal Admin" for @dwyl is stored on Google Drive. But it doesn't make it easy for (a) prospective apprentices to review the template or (b) the person running the apprenticeship program to create a contract for the new apprentice(s).

A quick search for "contract" on both this repository https://github.com/dwyl/hq/issues?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+contract and the wider @dwyl org https://github.com/search?q=org%3Adwyl+contract does not return any relevant results for the Apprenticeship. Searching on Google Drive, there are hundreds of results ... hence dwyl/hq#496 (Tidy up Google Drive) I eventually found for by searching for the name of one of our previous apprentices.
