Remove unused functions #274

While reviewing how the auth api keys are created (see https://github.com/dwyl/auth/issues/268#issuecomment-1428117773) I noticed a couple of functions that we are not using anymore:

Remove create_api_key and decrypt_api_key functions
run mix format

This PR might not be 100% as we're going to rewrite the auth app but it might help us cleaning which code we want to keep/remove on the next version. Feel free to close it if you think it's not enough useful

@SimonLab making changes to the current version of auth is re-arranging deck chairs on the Titanic. 🧊 This will all be wiped very soon. 💥 I appreciate your input/feedback. But as we've established, this is my mess to fix. And I'm going to make it an order of magnitude simpler. And then get everyone's feedback/input. 🙏
