update to BEAR flow - Githubissues

Changes requested on a call with @ajburls on 26/07/2018 following some user feedback.

General points:

Implementations for "notes on the uncertainty" page:

It isn't clear that "collect uncertainty" is a button, perhaps we could look into giving this some shadow or a different style.
Change button wording to “collect” but keep “quick search”.
Change title to "notes on your question"

Implementations for the "structure the uncertainty" page:

Completely remove the subtitle of "uncertainty" from page 2
Change the title to "structure your question"
Change the benefit/ harm radio buttons to be a button which toggles between red and green

Implementations for the "Choose your paper" page:

change the title to "select a paper"
instead of the note icon opening a note it will go to the next step of the BEAR process (page 4)

Implementations for the "Paper details" page:

change the title to be "paper selected"
For this sprint the feature of searching by DOI will not be implemented
The information on the selected paper will show on this page (as a link) at the top of the page. This would take a user to their chosen paper, as it does on the results page.
The input field of "why did I choose this paper?" will appear underneath this link (all other input fields are being removed)

Implementations for the "Check Validity" page:

This question will be asked for each outcome that was declared when doing the PICO search:

NB: we are waiting on @ajburls to provide us with the correctly worded question.

These radio buttons will become a toggle button (similar to previous page) high = green medium = orange low = red

Implementations for the "Calculations" page:

Merge the seperate boxes together for both intervention and control
Remove the "calculated risk" from these boxes. This will be calculated below with the other results - @ajburls to provide us with the correct abbreviations (such as CER, ARR etc)

Amanda is going to provide the codes for the calculated results.
