Final success/end of process page for BEARs - Screen 9

As a person creating a BEAR I want to know when I've reached the end of the process So that I can move into final stages of the BEAR creation.

The user has reaches this page by clicking 'Next' on the 'Relevance' page.

There are two possibilities:

1. The user gets to this page and has completed the BEAR
2. The user gets to this page and has yet to complete all of the steps for a BEAR

At the moment, it is not in scope to differentiate between the two cases on this page so we will update the copy from the screenshot below.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Once a user clicks the Complete BEAR button on the Relevance page, they are brought to this page
• [x] There is no progress bar 🔵-🔵-🔵-🔵-🔵-⚪️-⚪️
• [ ] There is a large tick icon to indicate success!
• [x] The wording underneath it reads: You have reached the end of the BEAR process!
• [ ] Save BEAR button which saves the information on this page and takes the user to the page where their BEARs are displayed

NOTE: Saving the BEARs as PDFs is not in scope for this sprint, so we will change the button from the design

Still need to add the tick icon but I do not have the asset at the moment. Going to try and get it from the sketch file.
