Whether an outcome is a benefit or a harm needs to affect the direction (sign) of the calculated results #479

As a user of the app looking at the results of a study I need to have the correct direction of effect shown in the results, e.g. if something is a harm and there are more events in the intervention group then the NNT should be negative (Or NNT changed to NNH (Number needed to harm)), but if the outcome is a benefit and there are more events in the intervention group then this is positive, and vice versa if something is a benefit and there are more events in the intervention group this should be positive but if there are more events in control group then it should be negative or written as NNH.
