I've completed the "shell" of the bunk:

I feel this is now at the stage that we can do a scale model on the CNC with Samir & Co. I'm going to pay them a visit today to see what I need to do next.

Scrapped this prototype in SketchUp in favour of doing it in FreeCAD: #20
