PR: Use `gcal` functions + Deploy `gcal.fly.dev` #31

• [x] removes the private (untested or indirectly tested) Google Calendar functions in favour of using github.com/dwyl/gcal 👌
• [x] renames the Fly.io App from dwyl-calendar to gcal for brevity
