[Process] Describe, Validate, Estimate, Allocate, Work It, Document-as-you-Code, Summarise. PR. #33
Story/issue validation/verification prior to starting work... we have a section in the "Contributing.md": https://github.com/dwyl/contributing/tree/91f051d716d6143690e82eb2abfc5f7109a49711#issues--validation But it appears that it's "unclear"... 😞
Also, when working on a "Spike" we really need to "timebox" our efforts to ensure they are contained.
