Should DWYLBOT automatically reject a PR that does not reference issues in commit messages? #70
Please note: I am not "picking" on anyone in particular. 🤔
But often I get PRs assigned to me for review where the commit messages are not referencing (linking to) the issue being worked on. this makes it more difficult to follow from a QA perspective and destroys the possibility of giving a future developer context into why code is a certain way.
Perhaps an illustration of why this is important might be useful...?
